I needed to sell my Vancouver, WA home after moving out of state (Marcus had helped us buy the home from out of state, too!). Timelines were tight because we were carrying two mortgages and I had to renovate the old home and get it listed. Marcus advised us and did multiple walkthroughs to tell us what would be best to focus on as far as renovations went.
